The staff at Bila Penida Resort & Farm was extremely polite and super-friendly. It has a stunning location, just a short walk to everywhere we needed. -the restaurant offered good food, with freshly cooked dishes on the menu.

We didn't have time, so we also would use them next time. The hotel was fairly clean with big rooms and very friendly staff. The position of the venue was peaceful, by beautiful nature.

my recent stay at bila penida resort & farm in batununggul exceeded my expectations. it felt like a peaceful oasis on top of the hills, with beautiful bamboo bungalows and an active farm for fresh food. the staff, especially jazz and agus, were incredibly helpful and made me feel at home. highly recommend this well-located resort for a truly authentic and relaxing stay.

Cleanliness could be improved.

The location is pretty remote, just on the outskirts of the Nusa Penida jungle. 🌿 It's a peaceful spot with easy access to a newly paved road, and there are some restaurants and interesting places around. You won't have to travel far to grab a bite or check out some sights.

I had an amazing stay at Bila Penida. The staff was genuinely lovely and made me feel so special on my birthday with a surprise cake. The bungalow was luxurious and impeccably clean. The property is located in a quiet area with lush vegetation and a beautiful pool. The staff was helpful and accommodating, assisting with transportation, scooter rental, and providing tips for sightseeing. The resort also offers competitive prices for tours, diving, and snorkeling packages. I could easily have stayed longer!

I personally didn't love the tile/marble floors in the double room. However, I understand that it's just my personal preference and others might actually appreciate it.

the place is absolutely beautiful and exotic, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. the cute buildings and large, clean pool added to the overall charm of the resort. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. They even went above and beyond to organize a special birthday breakfast for us. the food was delicious and the atmosphere was serene. One of the staff members, Wayan Pace, treated us like family and was there for us when we had a motorbike accident, providing local medicine and assistance. Being surrounded by farm animals and fruit trees, and having a pool in the middle of the jungle, made it a truly unique and enjoyable stay. We even had the opportunity to enjoy fresh mangoes straight from the tree. Bila Penida Resort & Farm is definitely a place where you can feel at home and truly immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.

The attentive and friendly staff, including Komang, Novi, Sutisna, Wiwik, and Agus. The lush green surroundings and the symphony of nature sounds, from cockerels to cows to frogs, made every morning and evening truly magical. The resort's restaurant served a delicious breakfast and the kitchen was clean and open. we had a fantastic experience at Bila Penida Resort & Farm and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing stay.

Spent Christmas in a jungle-type hotel. The location was amazing, surrounded by lush green and with sounds of nature that made every moment special. The food was delicious, and the kitchen was always open and clean. The staff was really supportive and attentive, helping us with drivers and even surprising a friend on his birthday. , the room service was outstanding, leaving everything clean and tidy for us.

The hotel was in a remote area where it was hard to get around without a motorbike. Bugs get easily into the room, and cleaning services only worked if specifically asked.
